Description:
How We Support You
Employment Coaching is personalized to your goals and support needs. Coaches can meet with you in person (in your workplace or in the community) or online, depending on what works best for you.
We can help you with:
· Strategies to complete job tasks effectively
· Communicating with coworkers and supervisors
· Understanding your role and responsibilities
· Developing self-advocacy skills
· Requesting workplace accommodations
On-the-Job Coaching:
An Employment Coach can join you at your workplace to provide hands-on support. As you build confidence and independence, your coach will gradually step back.
Off-the-Job Coaching:
Prefer to meet outside of work? Off-the-job coaching is available online for 1–2 hours per week, giving you space to talk through challenges and build skills in a private, flexible setting.
