Greg uses a client-centered, trauma informed, culturally aware, and strength-based approach.
He believes the therapeutic relationship is the most important facet of therapy and strives to build trust and connection with each client, to collaborate on what brought them to counselling. He previously worked with youth in a case management role, as well as working with Autistic adults in several settings, both residential and community.
Led by the biopsychosocial model where all things are interconnected and play a part in the distress and successes we experience in life. He believes that every person is an expert in their own life with the aim of being heard, seen, respected, and valued. Connecting to understand a client’s experience through their lens. Through this connection, a person can be empowered to navigate life in ways that work for them.

Greg uses curiosity as a guide to his life. He is grateful for the opportunity to build a connection with clients and support them as they navigate life. Learning about what he does not know invigorates him. He has been fortunate to travel extensively, live & work abroad in other cultures, and experience different regions of the globe. He loves live music and attending concerts/festivals makes him feel connected and grounded. He also loves sports and is inspired by athletic competitions.
