LDX-A-Chat

Late Diagnosis Autistic Chat (LDX-A-CHAT) is an online social group for people 20 years and up who consider themselves to be late diagnosed or self-identify as being Autistic. You do not need a formal diagnosis and there is no cost for this program. Starting in spring 2025, we will also offer a Late Diagnosis Chat group specific to Autistic members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Applicants of this group must identify as both Autistic and a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+.

  • Monday from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday from 7 – 8 p.m. (2SLGBTQIA+)
  • Wednesday from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. 

Location:

LDX-A-CHAT meets online over Zoom.

You don’t need to have your camera on, and there is a chat (typed text) that can be used.

Description:

The goal of LDX-A-Chat is to provide Autistic adults with a safe and inclusive space to meet and connect with other Autistic adults and discuss various topics including Autistic burnout, masking, employment, and friendships. 

The 2SLGBTQIA+ group will focus on similar topics, but will also discuss the intersection and unique experiences for 2SLGBTQIA+ Autistics.
