Music is used to enhance the quality of life: Relaxation, music appreciation, and involvement in the class activities is always a time participants enjoy. This program is delivered by well-known music therapist Heather Cameron.
Taking place every Monday from 4 to 8:30 pm, the program can usually host approximately 20 participants.
There are five small groups, and each participant enjoys the calming relaxing atmosphere and being part of the class where they can play various instruments.
Heather’s extensive musical ability with piano, guitar and many other instruments makes this a meaningful experience for everyone.
