Ray approaches mental health and healing from a biopsychosocial perspective where every person is the expert in their own life and there are many influences that lead to distress. He focuses on strengths and self-empowerment with a recognition that so much of our distress comes from how we see situations and that sometimes our perspective is not helping us. Our thoughts, feelings and our bodies are all interconnected and so can inform (or perhaps sometimes misinform) us.

Ray tries to support one’s journey of inner healing while helping people build skills to cope and navigate their lives in a way that empowers them to reduce mental and emotional distress.

Ray’s particular areas of support centres around working with Autistic adults in areas of:

Coming from a career in architecture and design I love being creative. When I travel, I am always seeking out beautiful buildings and interiors. I am also a musical theatre fan – my playlist is mostly Broadway musicals!
