How we Support Employers

Labour Market Facilitators work with employers across a broad range of industries to:

  • Connect employers with qualified, motivated job seekers
  • Support inclusive hiring and onboarding practices
  • Provide training and education related to autism and intellectual disability in the workplace
  • Offer ongoing consultation to support retention and workplace success

We partner with employers across Nova Scotia to create more inclusive, accessible workplaces and are ready to support you in doing the same.

How We Support Job Seekers

Job seekers are supported through our Autism Outreach Coordinator, who:

  • Completes intakes to understand career goals and support needs
  • Sharing inclusive job opportunities by email
  • Refers individuals to community-based services that support work readiness

Our goal is to ensure job seekers are connected to opportunities that align with their strengths and supported throughout their employment journey.
