General Employment Support

Helping autistic individuals find meaningful work. Our General Employment Support team connects autistic youth and adults (15+) with employment-related services tailored to their needs and goals.


Who Can Participate

Autistic youth and adults of legal working age.

Description:

This service begins with an intake meeting with an Autism Outreach Coordinator. This conversation helps us understand your support needs, goals, and employment history. From there, we tailor services to support your next steps. 

Services may include:  

  • Access to pre-employment and job readiness programs  
  • Connections to employment agencies and career counselling  
  • Support with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, and real interviews  
  • Inclusive job opportunities through our Job Seekers Database  
  • Referrals to mental health services, social programs, and post-secondary supports
