Helping autistic individuals find meaningful work. Our General Employment Support team connects autistic youth and adults (15+) with employment-related services tailored to their needs and goals.

Description:
This service begins with an intake meeting with an Autism Outreach Coordinator to get to know you, your support needs, goals, and employment-related history. Based on this conversation, we tailor support to help you move forward in your employment journey.
Services may include:
- Help accessing pre-employment and job readiness programs
- Connections to employment agencies and career counselling
- Support with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, and real interviews
- Access to inclusive job opportunities through our Job Seekers Database
- Referrals to mental health services, social programs, and post-secondary supports
