Autism Outreach Coordinators provide short‑term, employment‑focused guidance for working‑age Autistics who are exploring next steps toward meaningful work. Autism Outreach Coordinators meet one‑on‑one with individuals to learn about their goals, identify employment‑related needs, and help navigate appropriate services and supports in the community. This initiative is focused on quick, clear navigation and informed referrals rather than long‑term service delivery.
