Employment Support Group
Employment Support Group (ESG) is an online social space for Autistic adults to connect, share, and support one another around employment-related experiences. Whether you’re navigating workplace challenges, exploring new opportunities, or looking to connect with others who understand being Autistic in the workplace, this group offers a safe and supportive environment to talk, type, listen, and learn. You do not need a formal diagnosis, and there is no cost for this program. Registration is now open for ESG.

Employment Support Group meets over Zoom.
It’s not mandatory that you have your camera on or use your microphone and there is a chat (typed text) that can be used.

Description:
The goal of the Employment Support Group is to provide Autistic adults with a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space to connect around employment-related topics. Led by an Autistic facilitator, this conversational group explores topics shaped by participant interests, such as workplace challenges, accommodations, disclosure, and work-life balance.
