New Central Office Phone System

Chapter: Central Office

Autism Nova Scotia’s Central Office phone line now includes a new automated phone attendant system designed to improve accessibility, efficiency, and timely connection to supports, programs, and staff.

The automated attendant is available 24/7, and our current phone numbers will remain the same: 902-446-4995 or 1-877-544-4495 (toll-free)

The updated system helps callers connect more quickly to the most appropriate staff member or program area without waiting for manual call routing. The addition of voice navigation also improves accessibility by allowing callers to simply say a staff member’s name to connect directly.
